Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated from the date of order confirmation and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UAE time) on business days are typically processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

Cash on Delivery is available across all Emirates. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-dispatch. Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate at the time of placing your order.
