Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Zovqo.

Due to the nature of our electronic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and  specifications, before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must provide:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos or video of the damage or defect

3. A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the damage or defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Wrong Item Received

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange to collect the wrong item and send the correct product at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refusal to accept the delivery at the time of arrival will be treated as a cancelled order.
